حَدَّثَنَا بِذَلِكَ سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ شُعَيْبٍ، قَالَ: ثَنَا الْخَصِيبُ، قَالَ: ثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ. فَهَذَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَدْ ذَهَبَ إِلَى أَنَّ الْحَكَمَ فِي ذَلِكَ بَعْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ، عَلَى غَيْرِ مَا كَانَ لِرَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ. فَيَحْتَمِلُ أَنْ يَكُونَ ذَلِكَ سَمَاعًا سَمِعَهُ مِنَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ. وَيَحْتَمِلُ أَنْ يَكُونَ دَلَّهُ عَلَى ذَلِكَ الْمَعْنَى الَّذِي اسْتَدْلَلْنَا بِهِ نَحْنُ، عَلَى خُصُوصِيَّةِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي ذَلِكَ، بِمَا وَصَفْنَا دُونَ النَّاسِ. ثُمَّ نَظَرْنَا فِي عَتَاقِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ جُوَيْرِيَةَ الَّتِي تَزَوَّجَهَا عَلَيْهِ وَجَعَلَهُ صَدَاقَهَا، كَيْفَ كَانَ ؟
