حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ قَالَ: كَتَبَ عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا يَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ شَهَادَةِ الصِّبْيَانِ فَقَالَ : لَا تَجُوزُ لِأَنَّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يَقُولُ مِمَّنْ تَرْضَوْنَ مِنَ الشُّهَدَاءِ ، [وَعَنْ زَنْجٍ نَحَرُوا حِمَارًا أَنْ ضَمِنَ سَيِّدُهُمْ فَلَا قَطْعَ عَلَيْهِمْ]
