حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ قَالَ: كَتَبْتُ إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ شَهَادَةِ الصِّبْيَانِ ، فَكَتَبَ إِلَيَّ : إِنَّ اللهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ يَقُولُ: مِمَّنْ تَرْضَوْنَ مِنَ الشُّهَدَاءِ فَلَيْسُوا مِمَّنْ نَرْضَى، لَا تَجُوزُ
