أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ أَبِي مُلَيْكَةَ أَنَّهُ أَرْسَلَ إِلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَهُوَ قَاضٍ لِابْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ يَسْأَلُهُ عَنْ شَهَادَةِ الصِّبْيَانِ، فَقَالَ:" لَا أَرَى أَنْ تَجُوزَ شَهَادَتُهُمْ ، إِنَّمَا أَمَرَنَا اللهُ مِمَّنْ نَرْضَى، وَإِنَّ الصَّبِيَّ لَيْسَ بِرَضِيٍّ"، وَقَالَ ابْنُ الزُّبَيْرِ لِي:" بِالْحَرَا إِنْ أُخِذُوا عِنْدَ ذَلِكَ إِنْ عَقَلُوا مَا رَأَوْا أَنْ يُصَدَّقُوا، وَإِنْ نَقَلَ آخَرُ شَهَادَتَهُمْ،
