حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ بُشَيْرِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ أَبِي حَثْمَةَ قَالَ: نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الثَّمَرِ بِالتَّمْرِ ، وَرَخَّصَ فِي الْعَرَايَا أَنْ تُشْتَرَى بِخَرْصِهَا يَأْكُلُهَا أَهْلُهَا رُطَبًا
