أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ، عَنْ يَحْيَى - وَهُوَ ابْنُ حَمْزَةَ - قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ، قَالَ: كَانَ لِأُنَاسٍ فَضْلُ أَرَضِينَ يُكْرُونَهُ بِالنِّصْفِ وَالثُّلُثِ وَالرُّبُعِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: مَنْ كَانَتْ لَهُ أَرْضٌ، فَلْيَزْرَعْهَا أَوْ يُزْرِعْهَا ، أَوْ يُمْسِكْهَا
