عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ: إِنْ قَتَلَ عَمْدًا، ثُمَّ قَتَلَ هُوَ خَطَأً فَلَهُمَا الدِّيَةُ ، إِذَا فَاتَهُمُ الْقَوَدُ الْأَوَّلُ"، وَكَذَلِكَ قَالَ قَتَادَةُ : عَنْ عَطَاءٍ
