عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ فِي رَجُلٍ قَتَلَ رَجُلًا خَطَأً ، ثُمَّ قَتَلَ آخَرَ عَمْدًا قَالَ:" يُقْتَلُ، ثُمَّ تَكُونُ دِيَةُ الْخَطَأِ عَلَى عَاقِلَتِهِ، وَإِنْ قَتَلَ رَجُلًا عَمْدًا، ثُمَّ قَتَلَ آخَرَ، خَطَأً فَكَذَلِكَ
