أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ الْفَقِيهُ، أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْحَافِظُ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْفَارِسِيُّ، ثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ عَبَّادٍ، ثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَنْبَأَ مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ عُمَرَ - رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ - اسْتَشَارَ - فَذَكَرَ الْحَدِيثَ قَالَ: فَقَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - بِالدِّيَةِ فِي الْمَرْأَةِ وَفِي الْجَنِينِ بِغُرَّةٍ عَبْدٍ أَوْ أَمَةٍ أَوْ فَرَسٍ
