التشهير: أَن يبْعَث القَاضِي رجلا إِلَى محلته ليقال إِنَّا وجدنَا هَذَا شَاهد الزُّور فَاحْذَرُوهُ وَإِن كَانَ سوقيا يَبْعَثهُ إِلَى محلته فَيُقَال ذَلِك.
