اسم فاعل من أجن الماء أجونا، وأجنا: إذا تغير طعمه أو لونه أو ريحه بسبب طول مكثه، وفي «المغرب»: إذا تغيّر طعمه ولونه غير أنه مشروب، وقيل: تغيرت رائحته من القدم.
