أَخْبَرَنَا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ الْجُمَحِيُّ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدُ بْنُ مُسَرْهَدٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: مَنْ أَخَذَ شِبْرًا مِنَ الْأَرْضِ بِغَيْرِ حَقِّهِ طُوِّقَهُ مِنْ سَبْعِ أَرَضِينَ
