حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ - يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُحَمَّدٍ - عَنْ [زَيْدٍ - يَعْنِي ابْنَ أَسْلَمَ] -. عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، أَنَّ [النَّبِيَّ] صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَكِبَ إِلَى قُبَاءَ يَسْتَخِيرُ فِي مِيرَاثِ الْعَمَّةِ وَالْخَالَةِ ، [فَأُنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِ] : لَا مِيرَاثَ لَهُمَا
