حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرَةَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، قَالَ: ثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ مُجَاهِدًا وَسَالِمًا عَنْ كِرَاءِ الْأَرْضِ بِالثُّلُثِ، وَالرُّبُعِ، فَكَرِهَاهُ . وَسَأَلْتُ عَنْ ذَلِكَ طَاوُسًا فَلَمْ يَرَ بِهِ بَأْسًا. قَالَ: فَذَكَرْتُ ذَلِكَ لِمُجَاهِدٍ ، وَكَانَ يُشَرِّفُهُ، وَيُوَقِّرُهُ فَقَالَ: إِنَّهُ يَزْرَعُ
