  … مَنِ اعْتَلَّ بِمِثْلِ هَذِهِ الْعِلَّةِ فِي الِانْتِقَالِ، اعْتَلَّ بِغَيْرِ صَحِيحٍ مِنَ النَّظَرِ، وَلَا مُتَّفَقٍ عَلَيْهِ مِنَ الْخَبَرِ، هَذَا مَا يُوجِبُهُ عِنْدِي التَّأَمُّلُ لِهَذَا الْحَدِيثِ مَعَ صِحَّتِهِ
