حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحِيمِ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ قَالَ: لَا تُقْتَلُ النِّسَاءُ إِذَا هُنَّ ارْتَدَدْنَ عَنِ الْإِسْلَامِ ، وَلَكِنْ يُدْعَيْنَ إِلَى الْإِسْلَامِ، فَإِنْ هُنَّ أَبَيْنَ سُبِينَ، وَجُعِلْنَ إِمَاءً لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ وَلَا يُقْتَلْنَ
