حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، وَإِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَا: بَعَثَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مُعَاذًا إِلَى الْيَمَنِ وَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ الْجِزْيَةَ مِنْ كُلِّ حَالِمٍ دِينَارًا أَوْ عَدْلَهُ مَعَافِرَ
