Chain of transmission and text

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ: ثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُوسَى، قَالَ: أَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُمَا، قَالَ: كَانَتْ قُرَيْظَةُ وَالنَّضِيرُ ، وَكَانَ النَّضِيرُ أَشْرَفَ مِنْ قُرَيْظَةَ ، فَكَانَ إِذَا قَتَلَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ النَّضِيرِ رَجُلًا مِنْ قُرَيْظَةَ وُدِيَ بِمِائَةِ وَسْقٍ تَمْرٍ، وَإِذَا قَتَلَ رَجُلٌ مِنْ قُرَيْظَةَ رَجُلًا مِنْ بَنِي النَّضِيرِ قُتِلَ بِهِ. فَلَمَّا بُعِثَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَتَلَ رَجُلٌ مِنَ النَّضِيرِ رَجُلًا مِنْ قُرَيْظَةَ ، فَقَالُوا: ادْفَعُوهُ إِلَيْنَا نَقْتُلْهُ، فَقَالُوا: بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَأَتَوْهُ فَأَنْزَلَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: وَإِنْ حَكَمْتَ فَاحْكُمْ بَيْنَهُمْ بِالْقِسْطِ ، قَالَ: فَالْقِسْطُ: النَّفْسُ بِالنَّفْسِ، ثُمَّ نَزَلَتْ: أَفَحُكْمَ الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ يَبْغُونَ
