عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ عَطَاءٌ:" كَانَتِ الدِّيَةُ مِنَ الْإِبِلِ حَتَّى كَانَ عُمَرُ بْنُ الْخَطَّابِ فَجَعَلَهَا لَمَّا غَلَتِ الْإِبِلُ عِشْرِينَ وَمِائَةً لِكُلِّ بَعِيرٍ
