عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ بْنِ يُونُسَ، عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ، عَنْ حَنَشٍ قَالَ : أُتِيَ عَلِيٌّ بِرَجُلٍ قَدْ زَنَى بِامْرَأَةٍ، وَقَدْ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً، وَلَمْ يَدْخُلْ بِهَا قَالَ:" أَزَنَيْتَ ؟" قَالَ: نَعَمْ، وَلَمْ أُحْصَنْ، قَالَ: فَأَمَرَ بِهِ فَجُلِدَ مِائَةً، وَفَرَّقَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ امْرَأَتِهِ، وَأَعْطَاهَا نِصْفَ الصَّدَاقِ
