حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ، قَالَ: نَا عَبْدُ اللهِ، قَالَ: نَا اللَّيْثُ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عُقَيْلٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى فِيمَنْ زَنَى وَلَمْ يُحْصَنْ بِنَفْيِ عَامٍ مَعَ إِقَامَةِ الْحَدِّ عَلَيْهِ
