حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي زَيْدُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اسْتَسْلَفَ مِنْ رَجُلٍ بَكْرًا ، فَأَتَتْهُ إِبِلٌ مِنْ إِبِلِ الصَّدَقَةِ فَقَالَ: أَعْطُوهُ. قَالُوا : لَا نَجِدُ لَهُ إِلَّا رَبَاعِيًا خِيَارًا. قَالَ: أَعْطُوهُ فَإِنَّ خِيَارَ النَّاسِ أَحْسَنُهُمْ قَضَاءً
