حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، حَدَّثَنَا جَرِيرُ بْنُ حَازِمٍ، عَنْ غَيْلَانَ بْنِ جَرِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي قَيْسِ بْنِ رِيَاحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: مَنْ خَرَجَ مِنَ الطَّاعَةِ، وَفَارَقَ الْجَمَاعَةَ فَمَاتَ، فَمِيتَةٌ جَاهِلِيَّةٌ . وَمَنْ قَاتَلَ تَحْتَ رَايَةٍ عِمِّيَّةٍ يَغْضَبُ [لِعَصَبَتِهِ، وَيُقَاتِلُ لِعَصَبَتِهِ، وَيَنْصُرُ عَصَبَتَهُ] ، فَقُتِلَ، فَقِتْلَةٌ جَاهِلِيَّةٌ. وَمَنْ خَرَجَ عَلَى أُمَّتِي يَضْرِبُ بَرَّهَا وَفَاجِرَهَا لَا يَنْحَاشُ لِمُؤْمِنِهَا، وَلَا يَفِي لِذِي عَهْدِهَا فَلَيْسَ مِنِّي وَلَسْتُ مِنْهُ
