أَخْبَرَنَا ) أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْإِيَادِيُّ الْمَالِكِيُّ بِبَغْدَادَ ، ثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سَلْمَانَ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ، ثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ السُّلَمِيُّ، ثَنَا أَبُو صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنِي مُعَاوِيَةُ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ جَابِرٍ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ الْمِقْدَامَ صَاحِبَ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَقُولُ: حَرَّمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَشْيَاءَ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ مِنْهَا الْحِمَارُ الْأَهْلِيُّ، وَقَالَ: يُوشِكُ الرَّجُلُ مُتَّكِئٌ عَلَى أَرِيكَتِهِ يُحَدَّثُ بِحَدِيثِي فَيَقُولُ: بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكُمْ كِتَابُ اللهِ ، فَمَا وَجَدْنَا فِيهِ مِنْ حَلَالٍ أَحْلَلْنَاهُ وَمِنْ حَرَامٍ حَرَّمْنَاهُ، أَلَا وَإِنَّ مَا حَرَّمَ رَسُولُ اللهِ - صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - مَا حَرَّمَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ
