حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ قَالَ: نَا هُشَيْمٌ قَالَ: أَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ أَبِي خَالِدٍ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ « أَنَّ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ أُمِّ الْحَكَمِ أَرَادَ امْرَأَتَهُ ابْنَةَ جَرِيرٍ فِي مَرَضِهِ عَلَى شَيْءٍ مِنْ مِيرَاثِهَا مِنْهُ فَأَبَتْ عَلَيْهِ ، فَتَزَوَّجَ عَلَيْهَا امْرَأَتَيْنِ فَأَجَازَ ذَلِكَ عَبْدُ الْمَلِكِ بْنُ مَرْوَانَ
